Terranova has been designing and build affordable houses and offices for its clients. Architecture is both the process and the product of planning, designing, and constructing buildings and other physical structures. We make architecture goes beyond the functional aspects through its aesthetic dimension that it has in common with other human sciences. Through its own particular way of expressing values, we brand architecture in a way it stimulate and influence social life without presuming that, in and of itself, it will promote social development.
With building process we make the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. We aim at meeting a client’s requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project. We carry out construction for residential and commercial. Our construction managers hold the same responsibilities and complete the same processes in each sector mentioned before. Also have the ability to handle public safety, time management, cost management, quality management, decision making, mathematics, working drawings and human resources. The company is determined serving time while producing a high quality product as at minimum agreed standard by a client at reasonable costs.
