Terranova began in 2014 when a group of built-environment professionals, with local and international qualifications, saw a gap: East Africa's property market was growing fast, but transparent, professionally managed services were scarce. From a single Dar es Salaam office, that idea has grown into a multidisciplinary firm across three countries.
